Registries

GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE is no longer A HEADACHE

Most registries are run by State Agencies or under state regulation and reporting to such registries is required by the States and/or the Federal government.  The most common registries collect data on children’s immunizations to ensure that unimmunized children do not attend school and start epidemics.  Other registries have been collecting data on cancer, congenital and inherited disorders, advanced directives, donors, exposures to hazardous materials, diabetic and other chronic, rare, or terminal/debilitating patient conditions.

The information collected by certain registries is mandated to be submitted by caregivers.  This information can be found in the clinical records of such caregivers in their Electronic Health Records (EHRs.)  It is very sensible for a Care Organization to recognize such information and send it on behalf of the caregiver to the appropriate registry(s).

X-Link provides all the connectivity required by Registries. Check out X-Link's Systems Linked List or contact us at 800-645-2962 or 813-995-2200 for more information.
